Comcast is offering an exchange solution with sharepoint to its business customers for free? Why would that not be a needed solution for you? If I had the opportunity to outsource something like email and it allowed for the same things that I'm using internally it would be difficult for me not to move. I'm always very cautious of my internal desire to outsource which is why I'm interested in why this is not a needed solution for you guys.
